- Advising a Los Angeles-based art gallery on establishing their initial operations in Hong Kong and China and in their first sale of artwork in China
- Acted as trustee for a foundation protecting the estate of a prominent Chinese artist, tracking down counterfeits on behalf of a client and taking action to protect the client’s intellectual property in China
- Acting for a Japanese golf club membership broker, including coordination of their legal work in Hong Kong, United States, Australia, and Canada, including land purchases, investments and other matters
- Acting for a Japanese golf company in setting up their first golf course in China, and in asset sales and various other matters related to their overseas golf course operations in China and Thailand
- Acting for a Japanese football club in Hong Kong – advising on their employment contracts and other legal aspects of their business
- Advising on one of the first foreign ventures for television broadcasting in Vladivostok, Russia.
